Every morning one is ready to take a sip of tea by reading a newspaper but only few person know about the percentage of caffeine in tea. This caffeine in scientist term is known as stimulant caffeine which is natural provides by tea plants and also have many health benefits for persons. Although, many times peoples are eager to know about caffeine in tea because it is well known that tea is addictive and if stopped suddenly then there can be bad effects on one’s health. This caffeine is good to take before sleeping because it can provide good results at the time of sleeping.

This is recommended because if some women are pregnant then it is said that consumption of tea should be less because if more tea is consumed by women in that period it can provide bad results. However, many people say that green tea contains less caffeine in tea in comparison to normal one but there are much confusion in this thinking as government has yet not declared any official comment upon this.

Now, here one thing should be clearly understand that companies who manufacture tea also increase or decrease caffeine in tea according to demands in markets. No doubt, these companies follow health standards but then to one should be aware before taking any type of tea by reading the labels which are provided by tea companies on the product box. Tea can green white, yellow, black but percentage is not based on their colors so, one should not be confused in that color have some impact upon the tea.

Increasing or decreasing of caffeine in tea

Now, how one can understand about increment or decrement of caffeine in tea. Actually, leafs which are more developed in their life cycle contains more caffeine and if these leafs are mix with leafs which are not fully matured then normal percentage of caffeine can be obtained in tea. There is breed which is known as oolong and this breed of tea is very high in caffeine and experts advise them not to intake much quantity in daily routine. Now, preparation of tea also plays a vital role in increasing or decreasing of caffeine in tea if tea is boiled more for what it is required than level of caffeine can be increased.

Some experts say that herbal teas are free from caffeine in tea but still official it is not declared. Although, it is mostly appreciate by person who are in age group of 45 or above. Tea can be considered as our essential drink in our life and one cannot avoid it. So, intake of tea should be in proper quantity so that person should drink tea for all his life. It is assumed that patients with high blood sugar should not intake caffeine in tea.
